- 2 / 5By Jay BraverThe confirmation email Domino's sent said it would take up to 34 minutes to receive the pie. Pizza arrived luke-warm 1.5 hours later. I phoned after an hour and was told to expect it soon. Half an hour later I called again and asked to speak to the manager, Steven, and they had no idea who that was. They said there was no manager on duty. The person I spoke to said it can take up to two hours to deliver a pizza.
Really regret ordering online because if I had called in, she could have told me how long it would take and my family could have made other dining plans.
Made this exact complaint and never heard back.
